Southern Boys Barbecue is a competition barbecue team based in Melbourne, Victoria who have been on the Australian Barbecue circuit from the very first competition in Australia in 2013. The team comprises of Anthony, Matt, and Mark who all hail from the USA bringing different barbecue cooking styles and methods from Kansas City to Memphis and to Lower Alabama. The team cook on a Backwoods Smoker Piglet Plus, Party and G2 Chubby.
