I’ve travelled over to Texas and worked alongside Myron Mixon and Tuffy Stone for 2 weeks to expand my Barbecue knowledge. I took on the challenge of smoking as a hobby in to a business.
I smoked BBQ everyday testing everything from Salmon, Chicken, Pork, Beef, Potato’s and even Whisky!
I have now been in operation for over 2 years, and in that time have managed to work alongside some of the biggest names in Sydney. I have taken part in Council events, The Sydney Royal Easter Show, BBQ Festivals like Meat Stock, Music Festivals and even work closely with the ATC (Australian Turf Club) to host my truck at the Carnival events at Randwick and Rosehill Racecourse.
I take pride in my Low n Slow style of cooking and use all my own Sauces and Rubs to keep it as authentic as possible.
