Aussie Big Boy BBQ

Aussie Big Boy BBQ is the competition arm of the Big Boy BBQ Group, headed up by Pitmaster Lance Rosen, the pioneer of BBQ in Melbourne and award winning author of Temples of BBQ which won the Gourmand World Cookbook Award for Best BBQ Cookbook in the World 2015. The team has successfully competed in KCBS sanctioned events and this is their first entry into the ABA. The team is made up of Teigan Rosen and Hannah Thean, the Big Boy Pitmaster. The team will cook on a variety of smokers including a Yoder stick burner, FEC 100 pellet cooker and a Pit Barrel.
