Founded in Christchurch in 2020, BEERS BBQ by Bacon Bros is a BBQ restaurant and nano-brewery driven by one mission: to share bold flavours and genuine hospitality.

Our pit masters prepare premium meats daily — beef brisket, pork belly, sausages, pork ribs — using signature rubs and slow-smoking techniques honed through years of competition and service.

Founder Troy Bilbrough has represented BEERS internationally, earning BBQ titles in Australia and the United States.

These awards are proudly displayed in our restaurant but more importantly, our guests can taste that championship quality every day.
