Matt Grimes

Matt has owned and managed numerous large retail butcheries and Supermarkets. He started his journey of education and passing on years of knowledge to apprentices and learners within some of the most diverse industries being Retail Meat, Manufacturing and FMCG. His passion for up skilling people has now put him in a position where he owns and manages his own training and development company, Fresh Training Solutions. Matt works with the fresh food industry in many capacities from implementing training programmes to contracting as a business adviser. This includes delivering NZQA accredited training programmes and working alongside business owners to streamline the processes within the business.
