Our story starts in 2018 at Meatstock Sydney with a Burn City Smokers short rib.
One bite later and Rylee’s fate was sealed. Between the smoke, the atmosphere and some seriously good BBQ, Rob knew that this was what he wanted to end up doing.
Six years later we bought Cali and dove headfirst into the BBQ world. Since then it’s all about quality ingredients, long cooks, and making damn good BBQ.
To now be invited to Meatstock is a pretty wild full-circle moment for us. From walking the festival dreaming about BBQ to actually being here.
We’re honoured, excited… and probably a little nervous, but can’t wait to meet you all.
