Coert started making biltong 15 years ago and has been fine tuning his recipes since then. So that he can keep being the “meathead”, Jess looks after the creative direction and day to day operations while Andrew is our social media pun-isher.
We hail from all around the world (South Africa, New Zealand, and the USA) but currently live in a pretty sweet little town 2hrs north of Auckland, called Whangarei.
The Biltong Shed is based in Whangarei most of the time, but we travel to events and festivals around the North Island.
