Paul Patterson of New Zealand has 17 years of cooking experience around the world and now the executive chef of Rosies Smokehouse in Paris, France.
Paul teamed up with Mitch Benjamin from Meat Mitch BBQ and quickly learned to perfect his BBQ craft. The two of them travelled together to the Memphis in May World BBQ Championships where they took home two awards!
