Roasting, Parrilla and an expert in Argentine cuisine, Helo Palacio uses techniques she learned as a disciple of Argentinian Francis Mallmann, after living a 30-day immersion in his kitchen at his 1884 and 7 Fuegos Restaurants, both in Mendoza, Argentina. It was there that Helo fell in love with the endless possibilities of the Clothesline, Plancha, and especially of Fogo de Chão. Helo has travelled through more than 10 Brazilian states and three countries cooking at barbecue festivals, becoming one of the biggest influences of the country in the area. Helo participated in the second edition of SBT’s reality show BBQ Brasil, standing out among the six best barbecue grills for the program.
