American BBQ Kitchen trialed their burgers through covid as an additional item to their BBQ menu to boost sales. Since their Burger launch they have curated a recipe that has most of their customers now ordering a Smashed Wagyu Patty Burger alongside their BBQ.
Using some of the best trim and marbled meat makes it one of the juiciest burgers on order.
