Basecamp is a small family run business owned by Nick and Kelly Fox based in Katikati. We are a duel operating butchery producing smoked salamis and small goods for retail sale and a full meat processing service for hunters and small lifestyle animals. Basecamp specialise in producing quality, handmade salami and small goods using traditional smoking methods.
