We are a family based team from Auckland, NZ who love barbecue! We took out the top prize in the Jack Daniels National BBQ Championship 2017/2018, also in 2018 we competed at the American Royal World Series of BBQ in Kansas City, USA and were one of two NZ teams to be the first ever to represent NZ at this competition.
Our BBQ top tip? “Smoke should kiss your meat, run a clean fire”
