Black Dog BBQ was established in 2017. We started off as a competitive BBQ team here in NZ.
Our award winning rubs and seasonings are at home on the BBQ, but also great in the home kitchen. They are all certified gluten free and some are sugar free.
Our rubs are front and centre when we run BBQ classes, cater out of our Taco trailer or cater in-house to clients. We’ll have smoked meat samples showcasing the rubs during the event.
