Blue Dog BBQ are four mates that met at work on a Sydney Construction site and now share a common love of smoke and meat.
Our competition career started when a Facebook add popped up for a barbecue competition in Sydney(Meatstock 2016).
We threw our hat in the ring and the rest is history. After surviving that weekend (and getting a 18th place out of 50+ teams) the passion has only grown for low n slow. The BBQ life style has taken over our lives and partners lives ever since we signed up back in 2015 with many a Weber kettle popping up in the back yard.
We’re looking forward to the 2017 season and can’t wait to test our developing pitmaster skills against the best in Australia.
