Brisket and Brawn was founded in 2017 by Stefan Pizzardi. What started out as a hobby has turned into a passion for American-style barbecuing and good food, one which we hope to share with as many people as possible. We are dedicated to the craft of slow cooking, and perfectly serving meat to everyone’s desired taste.
