Chrissy’s Cuts sausages are hand twisted in small batches in Sydney’s Inner West. Chrissy’s sausages are made using only prime cuts of meat and contain no gluten or preservatives.
Chrissy, known locally as the “Sausage Queen” has had incredible success with her sausages, with regular sell out appearances at festivals and events such as Carriageworks, Vivid and GABS; as well as a lengthy list of celebrity chefs who love her sausage! Chrissy’s sausages are also featured on menus at popular venues such as Chur Burger, 1821 Restaurant and The Book Kitchen, to name a few.
Chrissy has received positive local and international media attention regarding her approach to sausages, having been featured on Channel 10, Daily Telegraph, junkee.com, the Inner West Courier and the UK’s Daily Mail as well as several radio programs across Australia.
As the only female to have ever placed in the Sausage King competition, this Sausage Queen is gaining a lot of attention in the industry, both from peers and consumers alike.
