Our journey began by making the Jerky as a hobby for ourselves and soon our family and friends were trying it also loving the flavours. They in turn began sharing it with their friends trying it also. The feedback we received was pleasing and comments that we should produce the Jerky for retail sales. We were at a crossroads with our future due to our employment options and that is when we decided to take the plunge to create a full commercial kitchen at our home to take our Jerky to the next level.
