Brothers Bob and Joe McClure fondly recall childhood summers spent making pickles with their family, following their great-grandmother Lala’s recipe. As adults, the two have kindly shared Lala’s genius with the world. The brothers work closely with local growers to source great produce, and every jar of their signature tangy-sweet-spicy pickles is hand-cut and packed. Great with cheese and cold meats, McClure’s pickles are also excellent in sandwiches, burgers, slaws and pretty much anywhere you want a bit of flavour oomph. Make sure to use the leftover brine as well – it’s fantastic in marinades and sauces, or try your own hand at pickling.
