We have a small business based in The Hawkesbury producing Salami, we have a traditional Italian range as well as our premium range which includes Wild Boar & Fennel, Kangaroo & Chilli, Duck & Juniper Berry and Beef & Horseradish. In the few short years we’ve been in business we’ve seen our business grow dramatically. Our Duck & Juniper, Kangaroo & Chilli and Venison & Cranberry won Bronze, Silver, Gold medals at the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards.
