We have partnered with several Melbourne breweries to create a unique beer recipe, exclusively available as a takeaway from our deployed vehicles.
All our ingredients are sourced from local farms in the Macedon Ranges Region, where our business is based. We take pride in making all our sides, salads, and sauces from scratch, with the only purchased item being brioche buns. Our vehicles and trailers are powered by deep-cycle batteries, which are emission-free and recharge throughout the day via solar energy. This eco-friendly approach helps us reduce food truck noise, emissions, and fuel use.
