Based on the Mornington Peninsula, we specialise in Australian Smoked, American Style BBQ. We exclusively use free range or bred free range meat and source local and seasonal ingredients. Meats are traditionally smoked for 12-16 hours using native Australian hardwoods in our 4 metre long steel ‘pit’. Serving slow cooked ribs, pulled pork and beef brisket rolls, as well as our homemade BBQ sauces. We believe that the time and devotion that goes into our menu is the key to our amazing food.
