Friday – 9am to 11am – Entry though gate G2 (off Glenvale Road)
Saturday – 7am to 9am – Entry through gate G2 (off Glenvale Road)
Bump Out is Sunday 8am-10am
Bendigo
Friday – 9am to 11am – Entry though gate G3 (off Kookabura Ave)
Saturday – 7am to 9am – Entry through gate G3 (off Kookabura Ave)
Bump Out is Sunday 8am-10am
PLEASE NOTE
Each Truck displayed get 2 x complimentary VIP Weekend Passes to Meatstock valued at $390
We wont be able to accept trucks that arrive outside the Bump-in times. Truck movements only allowed within the times allocated unless prior arrangements have been made with the organisers.
You are free to ‘camp’ inside your truck each evening on-site.
Safety vests and closed toe shoes must be worn during Bump-in. No children on site.
Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Cabs only please. Trailers and tippers are not suitable for this event unless by arrangement.
Terms of Entry
These Terms of Entry (“Terms”) apply to all participants, exhibitors, and attendees (collectively referred to as “Participants”) of the Big Rig Rumble. By entering the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms.
• All vehicles displayed at the Event must be properly insured, comply with all applicable road safety and emissions regulations, be presented and driven in a safe and secure manner.
• Participants must comply with all instructions from Event staff, security personnel, and authorised representatives.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any Participant who fails to comply with these Terms, behaves inappropriately, or poses a risk to others.
• Participants enter the Event at their own risk. The organiser, sponsors, and affiliated parties are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or theft occurring at the Event.
• By attending the Event, Participants agree to release, discharge, and indemnify the organiser and its representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the Event, except where such liability is caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
By attending the Event, Participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
