I’m all about good flavours and flavour combinations when making my Jams, Sauce, Relishes and chutneys. l use only what is grown from the land. No artificial colours or flavours and certainly no jam setters or sugar pectin’s are used in any of my products. All my products are hand stirred and hand poured into each bottle.
