At T-Rex we are passionate about making the meat king. This means spending most of our time and effort in providing a product that has had a good quality of life. Certified free range and MSA grade meats.
We use traditional smoking techniques to provide a product that is outstanding. You won’t find a lot of fried food at T-Rex, this is because we are committed to providing an authentic BBQ experience and loving meats!
We smoke our meat in Yoder smoker over seasonal woods for up to 12 hours.
