Meatsword is a celebration of roasting skewered meat over fire!
Hailing from Adana in southern Türkiye, where smoke drifts like tradition and barbecue is a way of life, the family run team at Meatsword pay homage to the humble skewer: a simple yet powerful tool, that early humans used to roast meat, and share meals from the moment they discovered fire!
They showcase this through custom made half metre skewers (the swords) where they grill and smoke an array of meats/sides, using only wood charcoal and smokey Aussie Ironbark, and through careful selection of some of the best produce in the land.
