The BBQ Roadshow Low’n’Slow is one of Queensland’s busiest festival and event caterers. For a relatively new business, that rose up from the uncertainty of COVID in September 2020, they sure do get around. You can find them popping up at most major BBQ, Beer & Music Festivals as well as Rodeos, Agricultural shows, School fetes, Sports clubs, Breweries, Wineries, etc…besides running a couple of bowls club kitchens and catering at private functions.
Owner Julian D’Souza smokes all the meats including the 12 hour brisket and 9 hour pulled pork. They will be serving an extensive menu at Meatstock Toowoomba and most menu items can be done without gluten or dairy on request.
