My journeys have led me to some of the coolest places in the world. BBQ competitions and festivals in South America, America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand gave me the chance to try out many different cultural delights. Though each one was delicious in its way, I couldn’t help but think that the world was missing out on some incredibly awesome Latin spices.
South American flavour holds a near and dear place in my heart. That’s why I decided to create my range of flavour-packed spices and rubs, made only from the freshest ingredients.
I wanted to recreate the spicy and tasty flavours of my homeland. And also share our spicy heat with those who were not raised with authentic South American food.
It all started with a single spice, Gringo. And today we have three other incredible flavours: Mexicana, Picanha and XtraMojo.
