Calibre BBQ Co is a 100% Australian owned, family run BBQ business based in Broken Hill, Far West NSW.
We began by creating small batch BBQ rubs focused on freshness and flavour. While refining our blends, we built our own custom designed offset smoker, a project that took us over 300+ hours and shaped our approach to barbecue.
From our early “Fridge Smoker” days to launching our 3.5-tonne smoker and mobile food trailer, we’ve grown steadily.
In 2025, Phatboyz BBQ’s Luke “Moonshine” joined us to host our first BBQ masterclass, with big plans to bring more classes to the outback.
