Hattem Mattar is the world’s first Arab pit master, and is renowned for his Dubai based third culture Barbecue, Mattar, and The Farm house overlooking the souk Madinat. From grilled dessert and smoked brisket to underground lamb and whole smoked camel, Hattem and his menus have been featured on CNN, and most recently represented the Arab world for the first time ever, at the world’s largest BBQ festival in Brazil.
