The love of American slow and low was reborn into what we now know as the low and slow, hot and fast… this is where it’s at.

2 Smokin’ Arabs started initially as a pop up in market stalls and now it has grown into the food truck that locals have come to love and enjoy.

Like any craft; it has been years in the making and overtime their craft has been levelling up along with the collection of awards. The first comp in 2018 was Meatstock. It was a stellar result for their first competition placing 11th out of a whopping 50 teams, and 6th in Brisket, placing them on the map.

Move forward one year; in 2019 2 Smokin’ Arabs attended the BBQ Battle in Townsville where we placed 7th overall in the country. This not only showcased the quality and skill, it further drove the passion for the meat now served each and every week.

In 2019 determined to make a real stamp on Australian BBQ History; Meatstock Sydney. 2 Smokin’ Arabs showcased the best of the best winning 14th overall in the country, though taking out the top position for brisket in the country.
