The Dreggs

The Dreggs – Paddy Macrae and Zane Harris – have rapidly become one of the country’s most exciting live acts. Growing up on the Sunshine Coast, their journey began as a local cover act, playing pubs, clubs, and cafes between surf sessions. Fast forward seven years, and they’re now commanding sold-out crowds across Australia and the globe.

Fresh off the back of an extensive international tour that saw them traverse the UK, Europe, US, Canada, and Australia, the duo has solidified their status as a global force. In 2024 alone, they performed to over 50,000 fans, a testament to the explosive demand they’ve cultivated far beyond their coastal roots. Their high-energy shows, where crowds sing along from start to finish, have become their undisputed signature.

This momentum surges with the release of their new album, The Art of Uncommon Practice. Building on a foundation of honest storytelling and acoustic warmth, the record marks a bold evolution in their sound.

The band’s trajectory has been nothing short of meteoric. Their debut album, Caught in a Reverie, landed at #3 on the ARIA Albums Chart and #29 on the ARIA Global Albums Chart, marking a major milestone for the duo. Meanwhile, their breakout single “Give Myself To You” is now certified Platinum in Australia, cementing their status as a powerhouse in the indie-folk world.

With The Art of Uncommon Practice now out in the world and a massive international run under their belts, The Dreggs are at the peak of their powers, and their momentum shows no signs of slowing.
