Started in 2010 we have become a staple at the famous Rusty’s Markets in Cairns Queensland for the last 5 years. We are the makers of handmade bbq and Jerky rubs with each ingredient being smoked with either Hickory or Red wood.
We also do a range of smoked chillies, ground and whole pods, natural flavoured sea salt and bbq sauces.
All our products are hand picked, dried, smoked and packed in biodegradable eco-friendly packaging.
