Wild Oven is headed up by Sven Nielsen and Brendon Peterson, both originally from South Africa, and both of whom are very acquainted with Braai Culture. Brendon has been a professional chef for over 25 years and has tended the grills at famous restaurants around the world including Nelsons Eye in Cape Town and La Brigade in Buenos Aires. We employ a fast style of grill featuring plenty of basting, and home made sauces to give our low ‘n’ slow cousins a run for their money.
